Tobogganing at the Dorfbahn Warth.

Fun off the slopes!

The village cable car in Warth is not only a hotspot for skiers and snowboarders but also a paradise for winter hikers and toboggan fans! Enjoy the comfortable ride in the 8-person gondola, which takes you up the mountain with ease. From there, you can explore groomed winter hiking trails and an exciting toboggan run that leads directly into the village.

For those who are more adventurous, there is the option to walk up to the starting point. The entrance to the winter hiking trail is located directly across from the Wäldermetzge in Warth. You can rent toboggans either at the valley station of the cable car or at local sports shops.

  • Operating hours: 09:00 AM to 04:15 PM
  • Family tickets: Available for 2 hours of toboggan fun.
  • Free use: With a valid ski ticket, pedestrians and tobogganers can use the facility for free during operating hours.
  • Toboggan rental: Available at the valley station of the cable car.

Weekly toboggan evenings.

As twilight falls, the toboggan fun begins in Warth-Schröcken! Each week, the toboggan run is illuminated in the evening, giving toboggan fans the chance to enjoy an exciting descent under the sparkling starlit sky.

Toboggan tickets can be purchased directly at the ticket office of the village cable car. Special family tickets are available, valid for 2 hours of toboggan fun. Please note that only evening operation tickets are accepted for the evening events; day ski passes and season ski passes are not valid in this case.

If you don't have your own toboggan, you can rent one at the valley station. Remember to have a photo ID ready as a deposit.
